Ready!!!! Fight!!!!!

What a day! At first things start out fine and then the next thing I know everything blows up in my face. Well, not exactly in my face, but close enough.

Is it right (when working in a group) to just set a time and day to work on the project without consulting your fellow group members first? Or how about just ordering people around without any thought as to whether or not they can do it? Is it right to blame that person that was ordered to do something for not doing it even though he/she told you that they couldn't do it because of a valid reason -- only you just didn't listen? I don't think so. To blow up in their faces for something that was entirely not their fault is not right. If you want the project done and have it done right, you have to listen and cooperate with your groupmates.

This happened today in class. The complainer blamed everything on the others. He neither listened nor asked for opinions or cooperated. I just hope that things work out for this group.
