ALL FAMILY MEMBERS SHOULD READ THIS ESPECIALLY CHILDREN!!!
1) These crooks are getting very good!
A lady has changed her habit of how she lists her names on her mobile telephone after her handbag was stolen. Her handbag, which contained her mobile telephone, credit cards, purse, etc...etc...was stolen. Twenty minutes later she called her husband from a pay telephone telling him what happened.
Her husband said, "I have just received your text asking about our pin number and I have replied a little while ago."
When they rushed down to the bank, the staff told them all the money was already withdrawn. The thief had actually used the stolen mobile telephone to text her husband in the contact list and got hold of the pin number. Within twenty minutes he had withdrawn all the money from their bank account.
MORAL OF THE STORY:
Do not disclose the relationship between you and the people in your contact list. Avoid using names like Home, Honey, Hubby, Sweetheart, Mom, Dad, etc... And very importantly, when sensitive information is being asked for through texts CONFIRM by calling back.
Also, when you are being texted by friends or family to meet them somewhere be sure to call back to confirm that the message came from them. If you do not reach them, be very careful about going places to meet 'family and friends' who texted you.
PLEASE PASS THIS ON.
2) Just last weekend on Friday night we parked in a public parking area. As we drove away I noticed a sticker on the rear window of the car. When I took it off after I got home, it was a receipt for gas. Luckily my friend told me not to stop as it could be someone waiting for me to get out of the car. Then we received this email yesterday:
"WARNING FROM POLICE"
This applies to both women and men. Beware of paper/s on the back window of your vehicle--new way to do carjacking (not a joke).
Heads up everyone! Please keep this circulating. You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside. You start the engine and shift into Reverse. When you look into the rear view mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.
When you reach the back of your car, that is when the carjackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They practically mow you down as they speed off in your car. And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car. So now the carjacker has your car, your home address, your money and your keys. YOUR HOME AND YOUR WHOLE IDENTITY ARE NOW COMPROMISED.
BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED.
If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window, just drive away. Remove the paper later. And be thankful that you read this. I hope you will forward this to friends and family, especially to women. A purse contains all kinds of personal information and identification documents, and you certainly do NOT want this to fall into the wrong hands.

Falling Green Mangoes
You'll never guess what happened to me. LOL!!!!
I was walking home tonight after going to Ruins. I walked under this Mango Tree and I suddenly heard a rustling noise. I look up and a mango fell from the tree! I thought it was going to hit me so I threw my hands up and caught it! I was marveling at the coincidence since I was craving green mangoes that very time. While I was marveling another green mango fell from the tree and this time, it hit me on the head! I was distracted with the first falling green mango that I didn't notice the second one.
Here are the two mangoes. It was the smaller of the two that hit me on the head.

Snack
Yesterday I went to the mall to go to the gym. But I was unable to workout because I discovered a hole in my jogging pants! It woud've been okay if the hole was on the side, but it was near the *beep*! So instead of working out I walked around the mall for about 4 hours. Why? Well, my family was coming to the mall because they had to buy something there...and I didn't want to commute home.
Anyway, while waiting I went window shopping and I ate at Dunkin' Donuts!!! They have these pancake donuts that are absolutely delicious! I hope to have some more (minus the syrup...I'm trying to loose weight here!).

George Carlin
IF YOU DON'T READ THIS TO THE VERY END, YOU HAVE LOST A DAY IN YOUR LIFE. AND WHEN YOU HAVE FINISHED, DO AS I AM DOING AND SEND IT ON.
George Carlin's Views on Ageing Do you realise that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we're kids? If you're less than 10 years old, you're so excited about ageing that you think in fractions.
'How old are you?' 'I'm four and a half!'
You're never thirty-six and a half. You're four and a half, going on five!
That's the key. You get into your teens, now they can't hold you back. You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead. 'How old are you?' 'I'm gonna be 16!' You could be 13, but hey, you're gonna be 16! And then the greatest day of your life .... .. You become 21.
Even the words sound like a ceremony. YOU BECOME 21. YESSSS!!! But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk! He TURNED; we had to throw him out. There's no fun now, you're Just a sour-dumpling. What's wrong? What's changed?
You BECOME 21, you TURN 30, then you're PUSHING 40.
Whoa! Put on the brakes, it's all slipping away..
Before you know it, you REACH 50 and your dreams are gone.
But wait!!! You MAKE it to 60. You didn't think you would! So you BECOME 21, TURN 30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 and MAKE it to 60.
You've built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it's a day-by-day thing; you HIT Wednesday!
You get into your 80's and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you TURN 4:30 ; you REACH bedtime.
And it doesn't end there Into the 90s, you start going backwards; 'I Was JUST 92.' Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again. 'I'm 100 and a half!' May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!!
HOW TO STAY YOUNG
1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay 'them'
2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.
3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.' And the devil's name is Alzheimer's.
4. Enjoy the simple things.
5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.
6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves.. Be ALIVE while you are alive.
7. Surround yourself with what you love , whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.
8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next country; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.
10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.
AND ALWAYS REMEMBER : Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that
take our breath away.

Sports Fest!!!!!
Good day to all!!! On the weekend our Prayer Community had its annual Sports Fest. Thank god it wasn't as hot as it was last year.
Anyway, we played Relay games, girls and boys Basketball, Badminton, and mixed Volleyball. It was so much fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves. But like playing any sport one gets injured. We had people getting hit with the ball in the face and on the head; people falling over because of cramps (at their legs); and sometimes people get cut. I myself got injured during the Sports Fest. It wasn't anything major but it still hurts. I was playing Volleyball, I hit the ball but for some reason my hand hurt like hell after. It seemed that I hit the ball so hard that I bruised my palm.

The Things We Take for Granted
April 29, 2009
The Wonderment of Life
Most of us begin our days with a continuous list of things we need to do to keep our lives running smoothly, but we rarely take time to note all the things we don’t need to do. For example, we don’t need to figure out how to breathe. We don’t need to find a way to make sure the earth continues to revolve around the sun. We don’t need to concentrate to ensure that our heart beats and our cells regenerate. All of these things, and many more, take care of themselves without our having to think or do anything at all. This is the miracle of life on earth. The Wonderment of Life
Beyond the wonder of the natural world, we have the wonder of human-created conditions such as indoor plumbing, electricity, automobiles, airplanes, telephones, and the Internet to name a few. Someone living just a hundred years ago would be overwhelmed by the ease with which we can communicate with people all over the world. Every day, millions of us jump on airplanes and fly to distant locations in a matter of hours. If we have access to a computer, we can read obscure information about any subject, free of charge, at any time of the day or night. And yet, it’s only when one of these miraculous inventions fails that we notice it at all.
When you wake up tomorrow, take time to notice how many things are running smoothly, how many small miracles compose your day. If you wear glasses or contact lenses, as you put them on, take a moment to appreciate the fact that without them, you would be unable to see. Your life would be entirely different if someone hadn’t invented corrective lenses. As you take in your world, you might feel a moment of gratitude for the basic fact that, once again, the sun has risen to illuminate the abundant earth, and the earth’s gravitational field holds you and all that you hold dear in a tight, life-affirming embrace.
My friend sent this to me and I just had to share it with you all. This is sooo true.
